Use of valuation software

Our firm URES and Associates ltd has strength over and above most other valuation firms in that it comprises of staff of high quality and quality delivery. We are the only firm which uses proper valuation method according to the nature and character of the property. Where other valuation firms and valuation service providers shun from use of the Income Approach/ method , URES and Associates uses this as the main approach for income producing properties where others use the Replacement Cost method which always obscure realities of values and leading to over valuation or undervaluation of assets. We are capable with use of modern spreadsheet software such as Argus for Valuation which yields reliable results in valuation and a short period of time. This has made us to provide quick in deliveries and thus meet our clients’ time schedules.

Property identification

There have been problems and losses to financiers due to poor identification of the real properties for valuation. This has led to ‘ghost properties”. URES and Associates uses RTK GPS, software and satellite clicks to exactly identify properties as instructed. We also have subscribed to be provided with access to the Ministry’s of Land Surveying System where coordinates and property images are compared.
