URES and Associates is a firm that started in 2006 as a Sole Proprietor Firm. The firm got its incorporation as a Limited Company in 2014. The firm has inherited a wealth of skill and experiences from its two directors all of who are highly qualified in all fields of real estate. Each of the Directors and key staff has a minimum academic qualification of Masters Degree in Land and Real Estate Investment Appraisal field. This makes URES and Associates Limited a highly professional and efficient firm. Each of the Key staffs have also participated in many valuation jobs of varying magnitude and supervised a number of property management works.
URES and Associates is an indigenous enterprises wholly owned by Tanzanian professionals comprising of Three Directors of long standing experience in the field of Asset Valuation; Land Administration and Property Management and Inventory Management.
URES and Associates boasts of having co-opted professionals in various disciplines. We have a team of 16 professional associates and 2 support staff.
Of the three directors who are also shareholders of the company, two are professional Fully Registered Valuers (FRS) by the National Council of Professional Surveyors, also licensed by the same Council to practice Valuation; and Property Management. The other two directors are in the process of Registration.
To supplement its consultancy services, URES and Associates also source services of other independent specialists from the general public as and when the need for such multidisciplinary approach arises.
