We collect process and analyse real estate data to cater for various needs of our clients. This section specifically deals with the following main activities:

• Real estate market research
• Performance analysis of all property market segments
• Data processing for quick reference and utilization.

Plans are underway to establish a link with the Investment Property Databank (IPD) and thus be able to provide services currently provided by IPD elsewhere globally. We are also in the final stages of creating a real estate databank. The aim of this project is to provide up-to-date local and international real estate information for a variety of users ranging from investors to real estate analysts and valuers.
